Well Lance

You may not know this (not a lot do  ), but a couple of years ago I used to take groups of kids boxing training every weekend to a very famous boxing gym. Now, I started out not knowing a great deal about it (I was approching it from a kids benefit point of view), but by the time I stopped doing it I was actually quite a good boxing coach (although unqualified).

The things you learn eh? ;)

Hugs,
Debbie

I used to box. It's the best workout you can do to achieve CV, strength and suppleness by the bucket load. I stopped when I joined the military, believe it or not. It also teaches kids self-discipline and self-control. Boxing training has become quite popular amongst women these last few years hasn't it? Easy to see why, great results and a great workout.
