What a depressing program!!
Forget Jason's story - we have a girl being murder on a date by Jason's granddad.
Someone who murdered someone else because he was gay.
And in the other story, a blackmailer in a house who is blackmailing someone else because the family are accessories to murder.
Oh - and another family whose daughter appeared to have died recently.
Bring back Brookside - at least the death count seemed lower.

I was a big fan of Brookside in its early days. It got ridiculous in the end though.

OK - so another murder and then Nancy goes into the woods with a "friend" who she has only just met. Real life?
On the Jason story - I did think it was really interesting when Bart got made up so he could understand how Jason felt. You don't know how someone feels until you have walked a mile in their shoes.

I'm late to this storyline on Hollyoaks, but I did catch todays omnibus edition, and the self harmiong resonates with me so much as I did this a lot as my family couldn't accept me and still don't.
