NEed to come out, can’t bring myself to tell parents

I need help coming out to my parents, I’m 12 and I can’t brong myself to tell them to their faces. I know that they’ll be supportive and accepting, but I can’t bring myself to tell them. If anyone has any suggestions on other ways to come out to my parents, could you tell me. Because I need to come out soon.
