Tell them exactly the situation and although this may feel terrifying! Do so. Remember this does not have to be done face to face today with modern technology even with people you may feel could lash out you are safe because you can Skype Zoom Email Text and call!
Remember although this is advice you are the only people best placed to decide for certain what is for the best. As you have both transitioned then together you are strong! And for your parents to lose you both is a terrible weakness they would likely regret!
