Does anyone know any good coping strategies for dysphoria? Or maybe a support group in the Epsom/Croydon area?
I started hormones a little over a month ago and in the last week I've been finding it harder to contain my body issues. I'm not quite to the 'considering self surgery with a kitchen knife' stage but I feel it's so much harder to block out the existence of the unwanted appendage than it used to be.
It's been a hard road for 4 years and I don't want everything to fall apart now that I'm finally making progress.
Any advice greatly appreciated x

Re: Dysphoria worse since hormones.
Thanks so much for responding.
Feeling a bit mental and my poor friends have no experience in this area and have been getting worried.
I'll do my best and if it gets too bad I'll speak to my specialist. Thanks again =) x
