A bit of a late reply but for what it's worth, I've been on testosterone for 9 years now and mine has not grown to anywhere near as big as 8cm - unfortunately!
As a rough guide I'd say it's about the same size as my thumb up to the first joint, although obviously that's just my own experience and as Ice Maiden has said, everyone is different.
