Trans groups/meet-ups in Cardiff, UK

. I’m brand new to this forum and I hope everyone is well. I live in South Wales and have heard that there is a trans meet up in Cardiff but I cannot seem to find any information. I wondered if anyone knows of any groups or even goes? At present I am only out to a good friend (who lives 200 miles away) and a few people online trans chatforums. I am keen to meet others who experience similar or the same things as me.
