Are going private?.
I'm on the NHS path and was not charged by my phyc or my gp for the medical reports.
If your on the NHS path aswell I would question the charge. As Leeds gic do not charge
UNLESS you are a private patient.

I'm mtf and on it at the moment. It's administered by depot injection,either monthly
or three monthly depending on your bloods and endo's choice.
