How did you learned 8-) )) ? It was a long process but I feel worth it in the end :) I started out learning to get it right with everything 'dropped' :lol: I just stood practically over the loo so if I got it wrong I wouldnt make a mess :lol: The whole practising in the shower thing just didnt work...

Thanks for that John, I do own some 'old mens' pjs :roll: so I'll take them along! I also own alot of shirts that button up the front so I'll be wearing one of them to the hospital for sure I was lucky enough to be made 2 made to measure post op binders on the NHS!
