Adults can and do self-prescribe, which is up to them. As many are unable to obtain them for fear of abuse from society/and or family and have little choice.
You have the NHS. Also there is a lot of difficulty around testosterone due to it being abused in sports etc... So doctors are really cautious with it unlike female HRT.
But no responsible forum would suggest you do so as there is clear legislation in regard to minors.
It is unfair you can fight for your country and even get married! Yet have to wait to get what you want.
