Appointment not booked

Postby suzi2008uk » Tue Jun 17, 2014 8:50 am

Well once again CX have done there best to mess up :gigglersx: i had to cancel my appointment at start of april due to working in specialist care and short staff so need to work, So called CX and cancelled my appointment then was told to write to them to explain the reason for cancelling and as soon as they got my letter would book an appointment.
So sent letter recorded then phoned them and was told a new appointment would be sent but could take 8 weeks to get letter due to backlog which i was fine with.
So called yesterday and was told no appointment has even been made so they are going to email appointments and see when they can get me an appointment then write to me thought a call would have been good.
So will keep fingers crossed and see what happens.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but it seems that CX is in more of a state of utter chaos than ever. I'm left wondering how bad it actually has to get before someone finally says "something must be done".

Yes you are right CX is in chaos and all you hear is it getting worse and something should be done now to try and get it back on track.
but all you hear is about cut backs within the NHS but like other users we all pay our taxes and i dont think it would cost a fortune to sort this problem.
Once back log clear less stress on clients and office staff which would good for everyone.
I am going to write to my MP and see what he has to say in this matter and if i get a reply i will post it here.

I also don't think it would cost a fortune; I'm not entirely convinced that the problems are a result of lack of funding but rather chronic disorganisation. I've just been compiling a list of my own "experiences" over the past couple of years and I'm pretty sure cutbacks don't really feature significantly with the problems in question.

I hope you get a good result. Good luck! :)
