Charing cross new phone system

Well i have spent the last few days trying to get hold of the clinic and all i get is a message telling me my call is important, but they are busy on another call so leave a message and they will get to you within 2 days but still waiting.
The problem i have is i need to cancel an appointment and don't want it to get to within 24 hours or its going to make problems when i want to book again.

they have changed the system again now using a 5 choice system that actualy works
