A positive comment

I feel like I've moaned about CX an awful lot, especially lately. There's a reason why I feel like that, because I have moaned about CX an awful lot, especially lately. But not everything there needs to be moaned about: in fact there's some positive stuff. I never say anything about that because, y'know, moaning.

But I do have to comment that the reception staff yesterday were friendly and helpful. Especially the older lady whose name I wish I could remember: Miriam, maybe? She went out of her way to help me with my next appointments in spite of being stressed after a busy day, in possession of a headache and me bothering her probably after "closing time". So a bit of credit where it's due: thanks to the pair of receptionists for being so helpful and putting up with my variously manic, forgetful and stressed behaviour as I wandered in and out.
