Yeah, the content of the letter was nice (I think I've encountered the chap in question before, he's a good guy) but I think perhaps they should redo the letterhead!

Oh well, seems it's business as usual with the typing queue: nearly six weeks since my appointment with Dr Barrett and still nothing. Being my first SA it would be nice to actually have something in writing...

I know this is nothing new at all, but even after all this time, I still find myself astonished at the obscenely long delays getting letters out (or just losing them altogether), especially as it's been going on for absolutely years. It seems that every time someone tries to sort it out, it just reverts back to the usual almost immediately.
