Interesting one this.
We often only see the badly lit before and the ringlight photographed 'after' shots - yeah who they kidding we all got photoshop and softboxes these days - people must be really stupid if they cannot see that!
However there are genuine risks to needles. Something transwomen especially can become addicted to.
