Forced to not wear girl clothes

Postby Guest » Fri Feb 24, 2017 12:47 pm

I told my girlfriend years ago that I like to wear women's clothes. She was OK with it and thought it was kind of kinky. As the years go by I go to counseling and start to talk to people about it. Then she leaves me. I'm lost. She tells me she won't come back till I'm normal again. So I do. We have a baby together now. She caught me before he was born wearing panties. She freaked out and started yelling you're a man. Over and over. She told me she will take my son and leave. What do I do? I feel dead inside?

I'm sorry that I can offer little consolation or constructive advice. :-(

All the evidence suggests if a man does have trans urges, it does not ever go away.
Attempts at aversion therapy etc at best do not work and at worst introduce other worse problems.

The Beaumont Society has groups for support and advice for the families of transvestites/crossdressers which might help reassure her and also realise that she is far from alone.

Couples reach various solutions, from full acceptance (....as she apparently had at the start) to "don't ask, don't tell" where the male partner continues as before, in secret. The difference being that the wife does not ask awkward questions, avoids coming home without warning etc.

I hope that you can sort things out.
