Bingo Wing Removal

Hi All,

So, the last 2.5 months I've lost 4st, from being 22st 12lbs now down to 18st 11lbs. The problem is, that stretches the skin somewhat. I was wondering if any of you had previously put allot weight on a few years back and what you did to tone up the arm muscles without creating bigger muscle. It's what I really want to focus on at the gym because it's pretty horrible :cry:

i should think swimming would be a reasonable bet?...good cardio/resistance for your arms especially breast stroke i think?...

there's a exercise that you could do with a light weight -

Sitting or standing up straight, hold the weight in one hand, then raise that arm straight above your head. You can use your other hand to support that arm.

Bend your arm so the weight comes down behind your head towards your neck, then straighten the arm again, repeat.

Doing 15/20 reps with a light weight should help to tone that area up a bit.... ;)
