So, the last 2.5 months I've lost 4st, from being 22st 12lbs now down to 18st 11lbs. The problem is, that stretches the skin somewhat. I was wondering if any of you had previously put allot weight on a few years back and what you did to tone up the arm muscles without creating bigger muscle. It's what I really want to focus on at the gym because it's pretty horrible
