Ahh Levellers, that takes me back.
I got the pleasure of cleaning their trailer at the Cambridge Folk Festival years ago. Nice guys, from what I could tell from the 3 seconds I spoke to them. They're just as 8-) folky as you'd imagine ;) I'm a fan. But, of course, I prefer their old stuff.

Yeah, I haven't heard an album since Zeitgeist and I still think the first two are the best. Don't listen to them much these days as my musical taste has exploded since. Still, they'll always have a place in my heart being the soundtrack to my early childhood.

Millie- I really enjoyed both of those videos. (folky beats, hot songstresses, and a hint of S+M, what's not to like). I'd never heard of Nouvelle Vague. (I'm so passée!) I hope they do good live show. That's always the real test, to me :)

Lately I've been enjoying the Black Key's latest album "Brothers." Here's a taste:

Have recently discovered this group of creme de la of punk-ish bands. I enjoy the covers and the irony of blokes singing about their boyfriends in anachronistic music styles. But NOFX, featuring Fat Mike, also of the Gimmies, seem to keep making my playlist.
My Name is Fat Mike , I'm obsessed with big lesbians, I been a punk-rocker for most of my life...
