Hello to all, I am new today and very much out of my depth, I do not know if this the right place to ask but lets go. (Be kind to Me)
I am 67 years of age and married, marriage is rubbish but that is another story, since 2014 I have an urge to grow my man breasts, not fat but do have a few extra pounds, I have started to hate my body but unsure if I want to go the whole way, so I am thinking about growing my breasts to see if I am okay with that.
I have also noticed that my lower half is shrinking, I was never well endowed anyway.
I do not want surgery to have my breasts enlarged, Yet
I do not want to use hormones, Yet.
Is it possible to enlarge your breasts using vitamins and herbs, if you can, how do I do it, what is the best product to use based upon your own experiance.
How long does it take
What was the results like.

There are many other over the counter supplements that contain oestrogens of course Wild Yam is another but as far as I am aware pueraria mirifica seems the most promising PubMed stated In general, P. mirifica could be applicable for preventing, or as a therapeutic for, the symptoms related to estrogen deficiency in menopausal women as well as in andropausal men. However, the optimal doses for each desirable effect and the balance to avoid undesired side effects need to be calculated before use.
