Hello. My name is Tomasz. I am ftm, after changing the documents, I taking hormones for 3 years. I don't have an surgery yet (in my country it is not refunded and it is difficult to collect money for it). I am from Poland, I worked in Netherlands several times. I want to go back to it and have some questions.
1. What do I have to do after arrival if I would like to have the first surgery for you for free? Can I bring some translated documents from Polish doctors who can speed up the process for diagnosis?
2. If I am doing an chest surgery in the Netherlands (even if privately), is there any dismissal for some time? (in Poland there is the so-called "L4" and you do not go to work and you get health money)
3. Are there any organizations that would help me with knowledge?
4. How long can I take such a diagnosis / waiting for 1 operation?
5. What are the prices for Phalloplasty?
Regards

Welcome
Please read viewforum.php?f=19 This is the wrong section.
Obtaining free surgery is not easy as it requires a long process of assessment in the UK NHS. You would have to be resident in the UK and register with a Family Doctor then ask for a referral from them to a specialist Gender Identity Clinic.
