The maximum dose they are willing to give out for most prescriptions is 3 months worth.

But there is no harm in asking your specific/favorite doctor. :-)

You will always have to pay for prescriptions unless your on state benefits, have a disability or critical illness. Being post op doesn't give a right for free prescriptions.

Yeah I think it's that point, Statutory Declaration. The signing off to make the form official would make more sense. :-) It's continuance of evidence to prove that you have been you for this length of time and makes their decision slightly easier, due to the fact you have proven you don't change yo...

I did mine all on my own. From start to finish. The only thing I needed from other people was- 1: Letter from GIC Doc and 2: All signed by a solicitor to say they knew I was this person making the application. It's not hard to understand the application form or the process. Just have stuff dated 2 y...

Because you have the male parts at present, the change in prescriptions would explain this. The body is just working the drugs through the system. Takes a while for this to happen and one of the reasons the appointments are so far apart. So with the drugs saying one thing and the body saying another...
